For this project, Make It All Renovations was commissioned by FilmBlades to transform a warehouse space into a fully functional residential-style prop house for a film production.

Working against a tight production deadline, our team designed and constructed a complete interior set using plasterboard partition systems, custom framing, electrical installations, lighting infrastructure, decorative finishes, painting, carpentry details, and various production-specific requirements.

The objective was to create a realistic living environment that would look authentic on camera while remaining practical for filming equipment, crew movement, and lighting setups.

The Challenge

The project had an extremely aggressive timeline. The complete set needed to be designed, built, finished, and ready for filming within just one week.

This required careful planning, close communication with the FilmBlades production team, and efficient coordination between multiple trades working simultaneously.

The Result

The prop house was successfully completed on schedule, allowing filming to commence exactly as planned. The finished set provided a realistic on-screen environment while meeting all technical production requirements for lighting, camera placement, and crew access.

Through effective project management and rapid execution, Make It All Renovations delivered a fully functional film set within seven days, helping the production stay on schedule and avoid costly delays.
